Question Answering: Zero-shot learning for contract analysis

At Dilitrust we are working on analyzing legal documents in general and contracts in particular for a variety of clients and activity areas.
Contracts are very diverse and each new contract type comes with a wide range of new information and clauses to extract and analyze with no/very little annotations.
To be able to leverage acquired knowledge and reasonning when processing new data points we are turning to a zero-shot approach based on a question answering modelization.
